The Office of the Advocate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting applications for the following vacant posts. Eligible candidates from across the province are encouraged to apply through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

📌 Available Positions

🖋️ 1. Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

• Total Posts: 2
• Quota: Zone 1: 1 | Zone 2: 1
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
• Educational Requirements:
• Intermediate (FA/F.Sc) from a recognized board
• 50 wpm shorthand speed
• 35 wpm typing speed
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

🗂️ 2. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Total Posts: 1 (Open Merit)
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
• Educational Requirements:
• Intermediate (FA/F.Sc) from a recognized board
• Typing speed: 30 words per minute

📑 Terms and Conditions

• Only eligible candidates may apply. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• ETEA will notify candidates via SMS regarding test date, time, and venue.
• Original documents and CNIC must be brought on the test/interview day.
• Govt/semi-govt employees must apply via proper channel and provide NOC.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• Use of mobile phones during tests/interviews is prohibited.
• Processing fee is non-refundable.
• The department reserves the right to change the number of posts or cancel recruitment.
